What You’ll OwnÂ
Strategy & Plan DevelopmentÂ
You help set the pace for the team.Â
You’ll connect the “why” behind the plan and not just the “what”Â
- Contribute to the development of full-funnel media strategies across channelsÂ
- Translate brand objectives into tactical media recommendationsÂ
- Analyze competitive insights and research to inform planning decisionsÂ
- Partner with team leadership to build integrated, data-informed plansÂ
Plan Management & OptimizationÂ
You’ll exhibit confidence managing both details and performance impact. Â
- Own media flowcharts and budget allocations with accuracy and accountabilityÂ
- Monitor plan performance in collaborations with Data & Analytics, Meda Tech & Operations and Biddable (Search, Social & Programmatic) teamsÂ
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend adjustmentsÂ
- Maintain planning tools and documentation with precisionÂ
Client & Cross-Functional CollaborationÂ
You drive the client conversationÂ
- Lead client meetings and internal cross-discipline status callsÂ
- Present plan updates and explain strategic recommendations clearlyÂ
- Serve as key liaison between Planning, Project Management, Data & Analytics, Meda Tech & Operations and Biddable (Search, Social & Programmatic) teamsÂ

What You BringÂ
- Bachelor’s degree (Advertising/Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)Â
- 3.5-4Â years of media planning experience (Pharma vertical is a plus!)Â
- Strong presentation and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to analyze data and translate into actionÂ
- Comfort managing budgets and planning documentsÂ
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPointÂ
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Confidence to speak up and contribute to ideasÂ

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
