The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a major strategic area within Frame.io’s product organization. This opportunity is built for someone who goes looking for the biggest, most consequential problems and then marshal the resources, relationships, and clarity of thought required to solve them.

What you'll Do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major growth area within Frame.io.
- Â Prioritize which customer problems are most valuable for the business to solve, make clear bets, and defend your trade-offs with data and conviction.
- Translate user feedback, data, and market trends into actionable roadmaps.
- Prototype and validate concepts, iterating based on real user feedback.
- Drive detailed execution by setting clear requirements and measuring impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, build, and leadership to align on goals.
- Monitor and adapt to competitive dynamics and emerging technology trends.
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping impactful products.
- A bias toward action and independence. You proactively identify large, ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution without waiting for direction.
- Proven experience in AI product development with significant customer impact.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to bring to bear data to inform strategy.
- Outstanding communication skills to adapt your message to different audiences.
- Ability to navigate and influence within large, matrixed organizations.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in Media & Entertainment or AI/ML-powered products in creative contexts.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.Â

In New York, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
