Senior Project ManagerÂ
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the launch planning and oversight of the project lifecycle across agency accounts in digital and print. They have extensive experience in managing digital tactics and delivering development assets. As a senior resource of the Project Management team they embody leadership and professionalism in how they respond to changing conditions and the pressures of delivery. They are a role model for the department and representative of our values. The Senior Project Manager also works to develop or mentor Project Coordinators and Project Managers.Â
Primary ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Communicate objectives and priorities clearly, ensuring projects areÂ
- completed on time, on budget, and error-freeÂ
- Advocate agency, client, and regulatory submission processesÂ
- Facilitate a collaborative, steady environment to enable and encourage the best workÂ
- Provide PM leadership across a brand or brands offering a holistic view of the account, including SOW development, project planning, and staff managementÂ
- Create timelines for manager and agency review, aligning to project briefs and securing team agreementÂ
- Assist in revising estimates and timelines based on project directionÂ
- Plan and lead brand launches and project kickoffsÂ
- Partner with agency development partners to ensure success in digital tacticsÂ
- Convene the project team at critical points to resolve issuesÂ
- Work closely with brand and agency leaders to determine resource allocationÂ
- Escalate issues to senior manager when appropriateÂ
- Oversee organization of all project-related documentsÂ
- Monitor and understand hours logged against projectsÂ
- Manage individual project estimates, flagging changes in direction or scope as early as possibleÂ
- Prepare for and attend weekly finance meetingsÂ
- Keep project team informed with the information they need to successfully execute their roles on the projectÂ
- Attend weekly client status meetings, as requiredÂ
- Mentor Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators, partnering with Project Coordinator supervisor to encourage engagement and completion of the Career Launcher ProgramÂ

- Faithfully implement agency’s job flow process, including eRouting processÂ
- Partner with creative and account leadership to produce major brand initiatives—ensure proper planning and resourcing are in line (eg, new creative campaign, App development)Â
- Contribute new ideas within the Project Management department, share best practices based on learning, both past and presentÂ
- Challenge yourself by identifying new areas of interest for personal career developmentÂ
- Motivate the project management team by displaying a high level of respect, positivity, accountability, and clear, proactive communicationÂ

Qualifications Â
- Bachelor’s degree required or comparable work experienceÂ
- 7 - 10 years project management experience within the advertising industry across multichanel media projects – Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical experience strongly desiredÂ
- Must be highly organized and an effective, professional communicatorÂ
- Professional experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Adobe Acrobat required – experience using Smartsheet or other PMO platforms strongly desiredÂ
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.Â
- Salary range here - $75,500 - $120,500
