About the job:

Google Cloud takes an industry-first approach, helping enterprise customers guide and transform their sectors. As the Regional Marketing Lead for the US North and South regions, you will serve as the strategic marketing business leader for a high-growth, multi-state territory spanning key enterprise accounts and priority verticals. Our mission is to accelerate the North America Sales team’s ability to reach their pipeline and business goals by creating localized and industry plans aligned to meet regional goals. We amplify all Marketing initiatives while tailoring them to the subregion, industry, and segment, and drive pipeline generation and acceleration activities through data, pipeline analysis, and bi-directional feedback.

In this leadership role, you will manage a team of high-performing marketers, and manage the full discretionary budget across US North and South regions. You will partner directly with GTM executive leadership and Sales directors to establish a predictable rhythm of business, align annual operating plans to marketing motions, and drive marketing-attributed pipeline growth across priority industry verticals, including Manufacturing, Power and Energy, Logistics, Automotive, and BioTech.

You will lead 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many customer engagement strategies, oversee high-touch C-suite executive programs, marquee customer moments, and scaled technical activations. Serving as the strategic "Voice of the Field," you will connect frontline sales insights with global marketing campaign teams, collaborate with B2B partners in the partner ecosystem, and pioneer an AI-native approach to marketing operations and enablement. You will thrive in this role by balancing executive influence with team mentorship, translating complex Sales and GTM priorities into high-ROI marketing programs, and owning business outcomes across a multi-region matrix.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
