Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented SEO Specialist to help strengthen our online presence and expand our digital reach. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about search engine optimization, content strategy, analytics, and driving measurable growth through organic search performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical SEO knowledge, experience with WordPress, and the ability to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that improve visibility, traffic, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility
• Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page SEO elements
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
• Monitor website performance, traffic trends, and SEO analytics
• Manage technical SEO initiatives including site structure, indexing, page speed, and optimization improvements
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance digital performance
• Track and report on SEO KPIs and campaign effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress and SEO tools required
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices
• Experience with content optimization and keyword strategy
• Understanding of technical SEO, site audits, and search ranking factors
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
