Site Manager – Workplace Services
Location: Onsite
Compensation: Up to $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead a team of 5 across Office Services, Hospitality, Workplace Services, and Facilities. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, seamless workplace experience while driving operational efficiency and team performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple service lines

  • Ensure service excellence, meeting client expectations and performance targets

  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact

  • Identify and implement process improvements and service enhancements

  • Maintain a polished, “tour-ready” environment at all times

  • Oversee reporting, compliance, and operational metrics

  • Coach, develop, and manage team performance, training, and engagement

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Office Services or Workplace Operations

  • Experience in outsourced/managed services environments preferred

  • Legal industry experience is a plus

  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, client-facing setting

  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, A/V)

  • Professional presence with excellent communication skills
