Dedicated to providing the highest quality health care services to all New Yorkers with compassion, dignity and respect, and regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.    Opportunity Details: Perform radiographic procedures to include CT, angiography, and routine diagnostic procedures on patients whose condition requires specialized expertise at a technical level, not requiring supervision of technical detail, but will require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation according to ALARA principles (As Low As Reasonably Achievable). Support the vision, mission, and value statements of  NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem by providing for interdisciplinary cooperation in the provision of timely/courteous service to our customers, reduction in turn-around-time, and for the compassionate care and treatment of each patient.  Schedule: 8am - 4pm, as well as alternating weekends. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of CT experience OR completion of Hospital-sponsored training program. NYS X-Ray Technologist license. Registered X-Ray Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART). AART/CT certification.   Benefits include: This is an 1199 union position.
