As a Senior Data Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the data strategy across Sales Solutions complex data ecosystem. You will partner with senior business and technology leaders to define the target-state architecture and guide its execution—enabling scalable, high-quality, and governed data products that power analytics, AI, and operational decision-making.
You will align business priorities with modern data architecture practices while navigating legacy systems, diverse platforms, and evolving organizational needs.

A successful Senior Data Solution Architect will:
Lead data architecture strategy and roadmap
Define and evolve enterprise data architecture aligned to business objectives and post-merger integration priorities
Translate strategy into actionable architecture patterns, standards, and implementation roadmaps
Drive end-to-end architectural design
Design scalable, secure, and reusable data architectures (data platforms, pipelines, and data products)
Establish and oversee conceptual, logical, and physical data models across domains
Enable data product thinking
Promote and operationalize data products and domain-oriented ownership (e.g., data mesh principles where applicable)
Ensure data is accessible, trustworthy, and aligned to consumer needs
Partner with senior stakeholders
Engage business, product, and engineering leaders to align on priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery approaches
Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions across a matrixed organization
Lead integration across complex ecosystems
Architect and guide integration of disparate platforms, datasets, and technologies across Sales Solutions
Support teams delivering data integrations in agile environments
Champion modern data practices
Evaluate and adopt modern data stack capabilities (cloud, streaming, data products, medallion/lakehouse architectures)
Balance innovation with practical constraints of legacy environments
Mentor and lead
Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineers and other architects
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Develop domain depth
Build expertise in automotive and mobility data domains to inform architecture decisions and unlock business value
Who You Are:
Experienced architect and strategic thinker
8+ years designing and delivering large-scale data architectures in complex, enterprise environments
Proven ability to define architecture vision and drive adoption across organizational boundaries
Strong stakeholder presence
Demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders (business and technology) and influencing decisions
Excellent communication skills—able to translate between technical and business audiences
Deep technical expertise
Advanced knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical), including relational and dimensional techniques.
Strong experience with modern cloud data platforms and distributed data systems
Modern data architecture practitioner
Experience with lakehouse/medallion architectures, data products, and/or domain-driven design patterns
Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management
Hands-on with modern data stack
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP and AWS) and tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL
Understanding of data integration patterns (batch, streaming, API-driven)
Collaborative and adaptable
Comfortable operating in agile, cross-functional environments with multiple delivery teams
Able to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a post-merger, evolving organization
Industry knowledge (preferred)
- Experience working with automotive, mobility, or similarly complex data domains

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $134,685 to $184,254. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
