We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support several Directors in the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) organization. The organization develops and executes the GTM strategy through sellers and partners, covering both managed and self-managed services as well as technology and consulting partnerships. It operates at the intersection of technical and commercial domains — supporting a highly technical workforce in a sales context — across a global footprint.

As a Senior HRBP, you will partner directly with senior leaders in this organization on talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning, in a market where talent is scarce and highly contested.

To drive these priorities effectively, this individual must have the ability to learn complex, diverse businesses in depth, understand nuanced differences between roles, influence with data, drive people initiatives that lead to business impact, and coach senior leaders to maximize their leadership effectiveness. Prior experience partnering with Technical sales/BD teams is a plus, but not essential for the candidate who is excited to dive in and learn. In this role, the individual will also be part of the ASP PXT team and will drive multiple key talent priorities across the broader ASP organization.
