We're seeking an innovative Sr. International Indirect Tax Analyst to drive strategic tax solutions for Leo, Amazon's low-earth satellite broadband project. You'll be a critical enabler of our global expansion, providing tax guidance and support that transforms complex international tax challenges into seamless business opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive international indirect tax strategies for Leo's global expansion across multiple regions
- Collaborate with global tax and finance teams to formulate integrated cross-functional tax solutions
- Consider direct tax and transfer pricing implications that impact broader business strategies
- Clearly communicate international indirect tax insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Coordinate with external advisors to ensure comprehensive international indirect tax compliance and strategic alignment

About the team
We are the Digital and Devices tax team, supporting transformative Amazon businesses like Alexa, Prime Video, and Leo. Our team is passionate about solving complex tax challenges that enable technologies to reach under served communities worldwide. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of maintaining and operating transaction tax calculation software (e.g. Vertex) experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
