Are you an experienced Accountant with a passion for Accounts Payable and a background in freight forwarding or logistics? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven professional to take ownership of AP processes and contribute to the financial health of a dynamic company in the freight forwarding industry.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Leading AP operations – verifying invoices, coding, ensuring approvals, reconciling vendor statements.
Managing daily cash tracking and preparing payment templates.
Performing bank and General Ledger reconciliations.
Preparing cash projections and supporting month-end closing activities.
Assisting with external and internal audits.
Tracking and reporting on daily sales transactions for accuracy.
Collaborating with the broader team for accurate reporting and clean financials.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of accounting experience (freight forwarding industry preferred).
Expertise in Accounts Payable and general accounting principles.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
Experience with inventory or cost accounting is a plus.

Salary: $65,000–$70,000
