GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Â Â Â Â Â
The staff will be responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, including, but not limited to: generate and post accounting entries, perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations and account variance analysis, prepare management reports, submit financial information in internal reporting system, and other works as assigned.
Bachelor degree in accounting, good skills in MS office and quick learner of systems. 1-5 years working experience in accounting is preferred. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is required.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate and post accounting entries, perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations and account variance analysis;
- Prepare management reports, submit financial information in the internal reporting system;
- Monitor the activities of Federal Reserve Bank account on cash letter deposits, wire transfers, ACH, returned items, cash shipments, and TT & L deposits; identity, research, and resolve the discrepancies;
- Review Deposit applications totals against general ledger totals; notify branches for any unposted or unusual general ledger entries and resolve the discrepancies;
- Monitor accounts payable process, sign official checks issued for purchases and pay for services; review relevant maintenance contracts;
- Maintain and update various pertinent records such as fixed assets, prepaid and accrued expenses, and also amortization and depreciation.
