Key Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team.

- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs and business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and visual presentation.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across every customer touchpoint.
- Support all pre-opening activities and contribute to a successful store launch.

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a luxury or premium fashion boutique.
- Proven track record of driving sales and leading successful teams.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Previous store opening experience is a plus.
