We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to join the ProServe Business Strategy team. You will drive strategic planning, GTM execution, and partner strategy across the Generative AI Innovation Centre (GenAIIC) portfolio.

You partner with Business Leaders, Geo Practice teams, Finance, Partner Development, and Central Strategy & Operations teams to deliver results at scale. Success means connecting long-range strategy to near-term execution: shaping portfolio direction, accelerating pipeline, scaling partner motions, and driving operational rigor through data and narrative. You operate with full business context and translate complexity into clarity for senior leadership.

Key job responsibilities

Drive strategic planning for the GenAIIC portfolio, including operational planning inputs, growth narratives, and long-range business planning.

Own portfolio performance analytics (pipeline health, conversion, bookings/revenue attainment, and geo-level scorecards) that drive accountability.

Shape and execute the partner and Marketplace GTM strategy for GenAIIC offerings, coordinating with partner development teams, ISV partners, and Sales.

Coordinate demand generation activities with marketing and engagement teams. Track effectiveness, identify gaps, and accelerate pipeline velocity.

Develop data-driven narratives and executive presentations for monthly/quarterly business reviews and leadership reviews.

Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning Professional Services, Sales, Partner Development, and specialist teams, from ideation through implementation.

Develop business cases for investment, headcount, and new offerings. Support capacity modeling and resource planning.

Leverage AI tools and automation to scale reporting, insight generation, and operational processes across the portfolio.

A day in the life

You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution for one of AWS's fastest-growing portfolios. Your week blends strategic planning sessions, pipeline reviews, partner GTM coordination, and executive narratives. You partner daily with program leaders, Geo Practice leads, Finance, and Partner Development to ensure portfolio strategy translates into results. Monday you shape an annual planning narrative. Wednesday you unblock a partner startegy. On Friday you present cross-portfolio performance to senior leadership.
