Responsibilities
- Meeting Preparation and Engagements: Lead the preparation for internal and external meetings and coordinate research and briefing materials for leadership engagements to ensure informed decision-making. Ensure agendas, pre‑reads, notes, and action logs are clear, on time, and action‑oriented
- Problem Solving and Escalation Management: Dive into projects, processes, or partner engagements when things stall. Stand up ad‑hoc tiger teams, fix blockers directly, and restore momentum
- Communication Strategy and Messaging: Lead communication strategies, draft and edit internal and external messaging and leadership talking points to ensure clarity and alignment
- Collaboration & Influence: Collaborate and drive consensus and decision making across all levels, locations, and cross-functional partners (eg. Product, Engineering, Strategic Response, Legal, Policy, Communications, Marketing)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment: Do so with strong attention to detail, deliver high-quality work on time in a highly organized and structured manner
- Market Awareness: Keep a pulse on evolving business and tech trends, with a specific focus on identifying and understanding Meta’s current and emerging partner ecosystem
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, business operations, or related field, in a technology or high-growth environment
- Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience bringing clarity to ambiguous projects/programs with little oversight
- Experience with clear and concise executive communications
- Experience balancing between high-level strategy and diving into execution
- Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
- Experience building a variety of internal and external relationships based on trust and respect
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of working with C-suite level employees, both inside and outside of a company
- Experience in the tech industry executing and operating on strategic initiatives
- Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion
- Product sense, including an understanding of Meta’s strategic and competitive position
- Experience delivering thought leadership through research and data-driven approaches
$187,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
