The Fulfillment/Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator would support both the Fulfillment department and the Receiving department in ensuring receive-ready merchandise at our facilities and prioritization of said merchandise. Coordinate internally and with Vendors and Carriers to proactively ensure a smooth ship ready process. Areas of Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, Fulfillment and Warehouse Operations Liaison, Purchase Orders and Buying liaison, Vendor Compliance and documentation liaison, an understanding of Item Codes, Vendor SKUs, C3 Scheduling Portal, internal systems and warehouse operations/systems.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Handle all Warehouse Operations and carrier cases/inquiries and prioritize to make sure cases are resolved in a timely manner.
• Identify shipments that need prioritization based on larger company priorities and available tools.
• Analyze and determine cost effectiveness/merchandise value
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties to address issues and make changes
• Maintain an organized and smooth flow of receive-ready merchandise 

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Time management
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to design or understand process design to implement new systems.
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

• Working knowledge of Warehouse systems/process and B&H Internal systems
