- Own the full TA lifecycle for the Northeast: workforce planning, sourcing, assessment/selection, offer, close, and onboarding; ensure a frictionless, high touch candidate and hiring manager experience. Partner closely with Executive and Producer Recruiter as needed.
- Translate business strategy into TA plans: partner with Series and practice leaders to forecast demand, prioritize critical roles, and sequence hiring.
- Lead and develop a high performing TA team (3 direct reports): set goals, coach recruiters, standardize workflows, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build inclusive, multi-channel sourcing strategies to expand and diversify pipelines for priority roles.
- Institute operational excellence: streamline intake, interview architecture, decision criteria, and offer governance; ensure compliance with policy and local regulations.
- Provide market intelligence: compensation signals, competitor moves, talent availability, and location strategy to inform workforce plans.
- Partner with enterprise to deliver enterprise enhancements to the Northeast series and play a vital role in building and informing enterprise strategy.
- Orchestrate onboarding handoffs with People Operations, L&D, and business leaders to accelerate time to productivity for new hires.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent strategy, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Proven ability to influence and advise business leaders with strategic clarity and discretion.
- Deep expertise in early and mid-career hiring and internal mobility strategy.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, organizational capability, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work in office a minimum of three days per week.
