Bustle Digital Group is looking for a dynamic Talent Partnerships Intern to join our team for the Summer. This person will work across BDG’s full portfolio of brands, including Bustle, NYLON, Elite Daily, The Zoe Report, Scary Mommy, and Inverse.

We are looking for someone who consumes media in a variety of ways; everything from podcasts to TV shows to TikToks. They must have excellent writing and researching skills, an interest in social media (particularly in Instagram and TikTok), and be eager to learn the ins and outs of talent and influencer marketing. 

BDG’s 2026 Internship Program is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience at one of the fastest-growing digital media companies today. Our immersive program gives each intern the chance to explore and develop their interests through executive mentorship, career training, professional development seminars and workshops, collaborative projects, off-site events, and more.

This is a paid, part-time opportunity beginning June 1, 2026, and runs through August 7, 2026. Candidates should be available to work up to 25 hours per week, and will be given the choice to work either remotely or from BDG’s New York City HQ office, depending on your role.

Responsibilities
  • Researching new talent and influencer agencies, and management companies
  • Booking travel and accommodations for branded talent
  • Product fulfillment for talent-shot campaigns
  • Pulling imagery and metrics and writing bios for talent pitch decks
  • Researching up-and-coming talent (actors, musicians, artists, chefs, influencers, etc.)
  • Assist the NYLON Membership team with various 
  • Assisting the talent team with day-to-day administrative tasks


Requirements
  • Availability of at least 3 days per week to work
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to successfully multitask and be detail-oriented 
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • An enthusiasm for BDG’s mission and the energy to work at a fast-paced company
  • A flexible, ambitious mind
