Cook (BOH)Prepares hot and cold menu items according to Carrot Express recipes and standards. Maintains food safety, station cleanliness, and efficiency in a high-volume kitchen environment. Runner (BOH Support)Supports kitchen and FOH teams through cleaning, organizing, restocking, trash removal, and maintaining overall operational flow. Critical role for keeping service running smoothly. Juice Bar Staff (FOH)Prepares fresh juices, smoothies, and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Maintains cleanliness, accuracy, and speed at the juice station. Salad Bar Staff (FOH)Builds salads and bowls to order with precision and hospitality. Maintains fresh ingredients, portion control, and a clean, fast-paced service station.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve juices, smoothies, coffee beverages, and food items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers, take orders, process transactions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Stock and replenish ingredients, produce, beverages, and supplies throughout each shift.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation to ensure a consistent guest experience.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations while handling and preparing food and beverages.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to support daily operations and customer needs.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment while assisting with opening, closing, and other operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
