Seeking a qualified Technical Designer Assistant for womenswear apparel.

Job Responsibilities :

Measure and prepare samples for fittings

Take fit notes and photographs during meetings

Enter specs and comments in Excel tech packs under supervisor’s direction

Organize and file samples

Develop and build technical and communication skills under supervisor’s guidance

Support technical design projects and initiatives

Qualifications :

Minimum Associate degree in Apparel/Technical Design and 1-2 year experience in technical design

Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe illustrator, and Windows

Patternmaking and garment construction knowledge

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication and organizational ability

Flexible and Adaptable to Change and Innovation

Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
