Position Summary:

The Territory Manager is responsible to generate all sales activities in their geographic territory, including education of company products to dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants and office personnel.  The Territory Manager drives/reports all sales activities through the CRM system and works closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas are met.

Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas are met.

Product Knowledge and Dental Clinical/Scientific Context:

Learn and apply complex product attributes and procedural contexts.

Communicate effectively about dental products, procedures, and scientific aspects to clients.

Selling Skills:

Influence effectively and exhibit a desire to learn consultative selling skills.

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Adjust strategies based on dynamic market conditions and customer needs.

Follow sales processes and directions, including account targeting, CRM management, and consultative selling techniques.

Business Acumen:

Utilize technology (Teams, Showpad, CRM, BI, MS Office, etc.) to achieve business objectives.

Demonstrate mental agility to solve problems and overcome challenges.

Territory Management:

Visit dental offices, dental centres, and dentistry departments to promote/sell products efficiently and effectively.

Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

Provide quality information on Septodont products.

Basic Requirements – Skills / Abilities / Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry, utilizing a consultative sales approach.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using technology for sales and business management.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Medical Salesperson Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
