Summary of Position:

The Transcriptionist position serves as a key administrative resource, providing comprehensive clerical and organizational support to first-level management and senior clerical staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

The Transcriptionist will be assigned to a Construction Management (CM) Borough and will attend job progress meetings for all in-house projects.
The assignee will be responsible for recording, preparing, and distributing meeting minutes for each job progress meeting, as well as entering all minutes accurately into the CM13 and Kahua systems and maintaining a comprehensive record of all entered information.
The assignee will be required to travel between job sites a minimum of 2–3 times per week as needed, while reporting directly to Headquarters.
MUST possess a valid driver's license.
Must be computer literate, highly detail-oriented, and an attentive listener, with the demonstrated ability to capture accurate and thorough notes in a fast-paced environment.
Must consistently maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in all work settings.
A background or prior experience in construction is strongly desired and considered a significant advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum Requirements:

Shall be proficient in the English language both verbally and written skills. Shall have a high school diploma or a general education diploma; and Two (2) years of full-time clerical, accounting, reproduction or administrative experience.

Estimated Annual Salary: $65,000
