Job Description:

This product manager role is aligned to the Global Payments Platform Team that is responsible for the end to end management of the bank’s global payments and FX platform and driving the future of the global payments franchise within Global Payments Solutions (GPS).  Specifically, this role is responsible for supporting the evolution of our payments platform in key markets globally and aligning to the global payments platform strategy.

The GPS payments business is a dynamic and growing area of the bank seeing considerable change, market growth, and investment.  The payments industry continues to see innovation in real-time payments, digital assets, and 24-7 service models.     As an International Payments Team member, you will support Platform Management’s activities including performance management, investment, design, and transformation to meet our clients’ ever evolving product needs.

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring capacity and performance across existing Global Payments footprint

- Working with Technology and Operations partners to troubleshoot and address performance issues

- Assessing payments landscape to understand emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and client needs

- Participating in the creation and implementation of the target state payments strategy

- Owning scope and business requirements for future payment deployments to add to existing or enter into new markets

- Governing schedules and budgets of future deployments

- Prioritizing defects and supporting defect management throughout deployment

- 5+ years in financial services industry

- Bachelor's degree required

Pay range$105,700.00 - $164,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
