LeadsĀ donor-centricĀ revenue generationĀ directly,Ā andĀ through leadership ofĀ aĀ team of fundraising professionals,Ā leveragingĀ volunteer engagementĀ andĀ relationship management.Ā 20%Ā
RecruitsĀ and managesĀ influentialĀ Area Board(s) and/orĀ aĀ CEOsĀ Against CancerĀ ChapterĀ comprisedĀ ofĀ executiveĀ leaders andĀ communityĀ influencers;Ā ensures executive engagementĀ in event chair roles.Ā 15%Ā
IdentifiesĀ and secures large-scale opportunities, guiding prospects fromĀ initialĀ engagement through commitment and execution.Ā Ā Builds andĀ maintainsĀ significant C-suite relationships to secure transformational 6- and 7-figure gifts.Ā 15%Ā

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Ā Ā
Minimum Degree Preferred:Ā BachelorāsĀ DegreeĀ or EquivalentĀ
Years of experience:Ā 10+Ā years fundraisingĀ and teamĀ leadership,Ā salesĀ managementĀ or equivalent experienceĀ with multi-million-dollarĀ targetsĀ

Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that drive significant revenue growth across multiple channels.Ā Ā

Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and motivating high-performing development teams to achieve ambitious fundraising goals.Ā Ā

The starting rate is $175,000 to $210,000 . The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
