About the Role
This is a senior leadership role owning the entire post-sales engine at a fast-scaling healthtech company building voice and workflow automation for high-volume specialty practices and PE-backed multi-site provider networks. You'll take over a deployment function that has been founder-led to date — inheriting a team of forward-deployed engineers and deployment strategists — and turn it into a structured, self-driving operation. This role exists because the company is growing rapidly and needs a single accountable leader for everything that happens after a deal is signed.
What You'll Do
Own customer outcomes across all accounts post-signature, with FDE and Deployment Strategist pods reporting directly to you.
Serve as the senior face to enterprise and PE customers — lead QBRs, strategic check-ins, and structure non-standard commercial deals.
Drive hiring, onboarding, and performance management for FDE and Deployment Strategist pods, building playbooks for rapid team ramp-up.
Run the weekly leadership operating cadence alongside the founding team and author board updates, investor narratives, and exec-buyer materials.
Track deployment velocity, live ARR targets, and expansion milestones, unblocking teams and escalating where needed.
Split time roughly 50/50 between outward-facing customer and recruiting work and inward-facing team management and systems building.
What We're Looking For
8–10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in post-sales, deployment, or solutions leadership owning end-to-end customer and revenue outcomes.
Proven track record managing enterprise C-suite and PE operating partner relationships, including QBRs and executive engagement.
Background in healthtech or vertical AI with deployment/implementation leadership, or top-tier management consulting (healthcare or PE practice) with hands-on tech solution deployment to healthcare providers.
Experience structuring and closing non-standard commercial deals (pricing, expansion, multi-workflow engagements).
Hands-on AI-native technical capability — able to build and troubleshoot AI workflows.
Led senior IC hiring loops and performance management for FDE, solutions, or deployment teams.
Authored executive-ready written artifacts such as board updates and investor narratives.
Healthcare operations exposure (RCM, prior authorization, payer workflows, or multi-site practice operations) is a strong plus.
Comfortable with light travel (1–2 days per month).
