Liquid Personnel is looking for a passionate and experienced Ward Manager to lead our client's Charity Organisation based in York. 
This is a brilliant opportunity for an RMN or RNLD with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will,

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership across the ward
  • Act as a role model for evidence-based, person-centred care
  • Lead on admission and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage staffing, training, and development
  • Ensure safeguarding and risk management protocols are followed
  • Promote a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • RMN or RNLD qualification with current NMC registration
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act
  • Proven experience managing a ward or large team
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and communicate effectively
  • Mentorship in Practice (MIP) qualification or willingness to undertake
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
