Physician Assistant – Surgical ICU/Burn ICU – Nights - Cornell Campus

Become a part of this 24/7 run Surgery PA service in a world-renowned Level I Trauma Center.

We are seeking a PA to join our Critical Care team for overnight management, which will be shared between the Surgical ICU and the Burn ICU. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment caring for critically ill patients with complex surgical, medical and burn injuries.  

Work Schedule: Three 12.5 hour night shifts.

Preferred Criteria

  • Background in Surgery
  • Critical care experience
  • Strong new graduates with a demonstrated passion for managing surgical critical care patients are encouraged to apply
  • ATLS certification

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
  • NYS licensure and NCCPA certification
  • BLS/ACLS certification
  • DEA certification
