All Heart Care agency is a dedicated home health care agency committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care within the comfort of our clients' homes. We're looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Professional to join the IT team at All Heart Home Care. This role involves supporting and improving the systems developed by our in-house team while ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology operations. This position is on-site and requires a consistent presence in our Brooklyn office to support staff and systems directly.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person to resolve user and system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical problems to network engineers or developers when necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain network configurations, user access, and data security protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems are configured according to evolving business and compliance requirements.
  • Recommend and assist with system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
  • Support project management efforts by coordinating timelines, documenting progress, and ensuring IT-related tasks align with organizational goals.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and medical IT standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT support, preferably in medical field or a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of network administration and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools and collaborative platforms is a plus.
