In the role of Landscape Designer, we'll count on you to:
 

  • Work under the direction of registered Landscape Architect to assist in development of site design projects, from concept design to construction documentation

  • Understand that assignments have specified objectives and require investigation of many variables, including site analysis, building operation, vehicular and pedestrian traffic, site grading, storm drainage, and planting design.

  • Conduct site visits and analyses, and assist the project Landscape Architect with illustration of design using combination of hand-drawn and computer-rendered graphics

  • Provide REVIT/ AutoCAD production support during concept and schematic design, design development, and construction document phases

  • Perform other duties as needed


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master's degree
  • Preference given to local candidates
  • Rhino and Revit experience


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience
  • Photoshop a plus
  • Ability to prepare site plans and understand the principles of grading and drainage
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
