Regulatory Program Manager

SRE Engineering is seeking a Regulatory Program Manager to support an upcoming NYC DEP infrastructure project, ensuring the project stays in step with the regulatory framework governing the site.

What you'll do

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable Judicial, Federal, or State consent decrees, judgments, or orders tied to the project
  • Track regulatory deliverables and deadlines and communicate status to the Construction Manager and DEP
  • Serve as the point of coordination between the project team and the regulatory agencies overseeing compliance
  • Support documentation and reporting needed to demonstrate compliance throughout construction
What you bring

  • Experience with NYCDEP environmental or water quality regulatory compliance, ideally involving consent decrees or federal/state enforcement actions
  • Familiarity with Safe Drinking Water Act programs or comparable regulatory frameworks
