The Salesforce Partner Management GSI team works with top Global Strategic Consulting Partners to unlock new business opportunities, generate pipeline, outpace competition, accelerate go-lives, drive adoption, expand market presence, and ensure successful renewals. This role partners with the Global VP & General Manager to drive strategic growth and management of the Deloitte Alliance across Canada and the United States, spanning all industries, clouds, and applications. Responsibilities include developing joint growth strategy, managing a balanced portfolio of initiatives, evangelizing Deloitte’s unique value proposition within Salesforce, leading partner sales teams, coordinating Quarterly Business Reviews, and driving alignment and operational efficiency. The role requires strong strategic relationships, leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate complexity. Key qualifications include 10–15+ years of experience in partner ecosystems, proven revenue growth through GSI partnerships, industry expertise in SaaS and CRM, team leadership, political acumen, and strong analytical and program management skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred. Location options are New York, San Francisco, or Chicago with 3–4 days per week in-office and 25%–40% travel expected.
