Marketing Associate

Greenhouse is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team!

As our Marketing Associate, you will report to our Creative Director and use your knack for project management to establish and maintain creative and brand standards for our marketing website and site content. You will use your understanding of design, the digital space, and technical concepts to elevate our website's performance in reaching a wide audience, while continuing to make the site a stronger marketing tool.

What you’ll do:

• Spearhead a website redesign and manage the relationship with external agencies to ultimately increase engagement and better the experience for potential customers, partners, and applicants.
• Maintain branding on our digital platforms as we strive to innovate the way companies hire and attract talent.
• Craft processes to increase workflow efficiencies for the Marketing department and internal partners.
• Update content, make small code adjustments, and handle the day-to-day support of ongoing website updates, requests and maintenance.
