Job Summary
The beauty associate position is responsible for assisting customers with beauty product selection, providing knowledgeable and friendly service, supporting sales goals, and maintaining an attractive and well-organized beauty department. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell beauty products while providing knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations.
- Develop a strong understanding of beauty brands and products, answer customer questions, and recommend suitable products or combinations based on customer needs.
- Maintain organized product displays and inventory levels, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and presented.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and beauty department.
- Provide exceptional customer service, build positive customer relationships, and support customer loyalty.
- Participate in in-store promotions, support new product launches, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
- Travel to and work at other store locations as needed.
- Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or retail experience preferred, particularly in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
- Passion for beauty and a strong interest in skincare and cosmetics, with the ability to provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a proactive approach to assisting customers and meeting sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay and Compensation
- From $19 Per Hour
