Front Desk Associate (Team8)

Hot 8 Yoga prides ourselves on being the hottest, cleanest, and most connected yoga studio. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who love yoga to join our team! 

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc).  Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to: 

• Check in students with positivity
• Know client’s names
• Make 1 sale per shift
• Clean the studio mirrors & resetting props
• Deep clean bathrooms
• Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings

• Hourly rate: $17.00/hr +commission 

Ideal Candidates

• Love yoga
• Value exceptional customer service
• Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Have a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays)
• Are proficient with the computer
• Are neat and enjoy cleaning
• Are familiar with MINDBODY software
• Are proactive and self starters
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
