We’re seeking a professional, solution-oriented Leasing Consultant to serve as a rental property specialist for Keystone and the property management team. In this role, you’ll guide prospective and current residents through property tours, lease terms, applications, negotiations, renewals, and move-ins while ensuring compliance and a top-tier resident experience. This will be at our new property The Benjamin located in Lawrence, Indiana.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leases for prospective and existing residents
  • Coordinate property tours, follow-ups, and CRM/database updates
  • Process rental applications and execute lease agreements
  • Prepare lease documentation and coordinate move-ins
  • Respond to leads, conduct property inspections, and support resident inquiries
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to drive property traffic
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rental regulations


Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1+ year experience as a Leasing Consultant in property management or real estate
  • Strong knowledge of leasing regulations and compliance
  • Experience managing leases for high-volume properties
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently or collaboratively


Preferred

  • Additional leasing experience
  • Knowledge of property management rules and regulations
  • Experience with Yardi software


Weekends are required and rotate with the staff.
