The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff.   Job Responsibilities: Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property. Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Receive, organize, and assist with the handling of resident deliveries and packages. Must be able to lift and move heavy packages as part of daily responsibilities. Conduct routine patrols of the building and surrounding property. Report security concerns, maintenance issues, and incidents promptly and accurately. Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow site procedures. Maintain a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and reliable attendance. Qualifications Valid NYS Security Guard License. Previous residential security or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift heavy packages safely. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
