Weekend availability is required. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn about coffee and have an interest in becoming a "certified" barista for Joe. They must also have a strong desire to offer great customer service. The best candidates must be reliable, friendly, fast-paced and a good team player. Compensation: $17.00 per hour + tips.
