Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Brooklyn, NY

Location: Brooklyn, NY (At-home setting)
  Case: 9-year-old male client
️ Schedule: Monday–Friday (after-school hours)
Pay: $25–$30/hour
⏰ Hours: Flexible part-time availability

✨ What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
  • Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
  • Collect accurate data and complete session notes using Rethink
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
  • Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we will support you in getting certified!)
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
  • Comfortable with documentation and session notes
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
