This is a great opportunity for individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.   Responsibilities Monitor school entrances and exits during school hours. Verify visitor identification and enforce access control procedures. Conduct routine patrols of the school campus and grounds. Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and safety concerns. Build positive relationships with students, faculty, and parents. Report suspicious activity and complete detailed incident reports. Work closely with school administration and law enforcement when necessary. Assist with student arrival, dismissal, and special school events. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid New York Security Guard Licenses Must be bilingual. 3–4 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
