The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on a mobile crisis team setting. Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required for position. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
Requirements:
Master's degree required.
NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.
Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.
Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW/ LCSW required.
Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.
Eves w/ eo wknd & hols; 2p-10p
Salary Range: $41.694/hr - $50.88/hr (Commensurate with Experience)
