The Associate, Baseball Operations role is a comprehensive 12-month program designed to prepare entry level candidates for a career in professional baseball operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare advance scouting materials for the Major League team.
- Evaluate players, including identifying and assessing potential trade and free agent targets.
- Support the preparation and organization of Salary Arbitration materials.
- Assist Baseball Operations, Pro Scouting, and Quantitative Analysis staff with daily responsibilities and special projects.
- Analyze video and tag relevant data utilizing internal systems.Â
Qualifications and Experience:Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong foundational knowledge of baseball.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.

The base annual salary for this position is $50,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
