We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Program & Product Manager to join our growing Technology and Enterprise Systems team as we invest in AI to support how our teams work across sports, entertainment, and culture.

The AI Program & Product Manager will be responsible for driving the delivery, coordination, and adoption of AI initiatives across the company. This role focuses on turning ideas into operational capabilities, ensuring AI efforts are well-prioritized, responsibly delivered, and aligned to real business needs.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role suited for someone comfortable operating across strategy, delivery, governance, and change, while working closely with both business and technical leaders.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end AI program roadmap, translating Wasserman’s commercial and operational priorities into executable AI initiatives

  • Lead planning and execution for AI initiatives from intake through delivery and adoption
  • Partner with leaders across multiple teams to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities
  • Manage cross-team dependencies across technology, data, enterprise systems, and business stakeholders
  • Operate requests intake and prioritization framework. define success metrics and track outcomes such as efficiency gains, adoption, and reliability
  • Act as product owner for AI capabilities, identify opportunities to reuse AI components and patterns across similar workflows
  • Ensure AI initiatives follow appropriate standards for data use, privacy, and risk
  • Drive communications, enablement, and change management to support adoption
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Contribute to the evolution of how AI work is governed and delivered over time

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, product delivery, or large-scale technology initiatives
  • Experience working with AI, data, automation, or advanced digital platforms in production environments
  • Strong judgment navigating data sensitivity, risk, and cross-functional tradeoffs
  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders and operating in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to translate between business needs and technical execution
  • Clear, concise communication skills—written and verbal

Ideal Background

  • Experience in media, sports, entertainment, or other fast-paced, relationship-driven industries
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (CRM, financial systems, data platforms, workflow tools)
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams
  • Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, or compliance-driven delivery

Base salary range: $150-175K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
