Production Assistant, Dolce Vita Footwear

General Summary

The Production Assistant, Dolce Vita is responsible for supporting the Director of Production in all services necessary for the basic operation. This position supports the Wholesale business.

The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role.  This position is based in our Dolce Vita office and requires working on-site.

Major Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot factory delays, shipping, and delivery issues.
• Ensure all sales tools including imagery & sample needs are accurate.
• Special projects as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.  This is driven by the ability to effectively prioritize tasks based upon the degree of urgency.

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00-$26.00. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
