Account Executive

In this role, you’ll focus on maintaining and growing your book of business while identifying new opportunities to expand Gallagher’s market share. You’ll engage with clients and prospective clients through meetings and presentations, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs
You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded and represent Gallagher at industry events to enhance brand visibility. By leveraging your knowledge of the insurance market, you’ll help clients navigate risk and achieve their goals.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
• Developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Identifying market trends and creating profitable industry niches.
• Representing Gallagher at events to grow your network.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
• Experience in the insurance industry, ideally 5 years.
• Professional insurance qualifications such as ACII, CII, CPCU, or CIP (preferred).
• Ability to attract and retain clients in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Experience managing leads and converting prospects into sales.
• Knowledge of general insurance products and services.
