Job Overview

Steinberger Construction Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Experience Associate to join our team in New York, New York. This is a full-time position ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service within the dynamic construction industry. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client enquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Proactively communicate project updates, milestones, and any potential delays to clients.
  • Manage client expectations effectively and work to resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams, including project managers and contractors, to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Gather, analyse, and report on client feedback to identify trends and contribute to our continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of client-facing documentation, presentations, and reports.
  • Organise and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and project handover procedures.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or account management role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A professional, patient, and empathetic approach to client management.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Experience within the construction, engineering, or real estate sectors is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM software would be considered an advantage.
