Basic Job Duties

  • Manage the tracking of project portfolios to include communication, reporting, and providing access to systems to new leaders.
  • Maintain controls/access to our shared services sites.
  • Maintain the metrics spreadsheets and update the metrics as needed from various excel sources.
  • Develop and maintain reports on Power BI to support all Operational Excellence processes.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate agendas and tasks for project tracking meetings.
  • Create closure and success communications on Power Point Templates.
  • Enhance the Best Practices and Lessons Learned program to be searchable.
  • Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment. Learn the goals of the Operational Excellence Department and provide support as needed.
  • Roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed.
  • Provide insight to the team when red flags appear in reporting.

Education

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration or a career related.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and analytical mindset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Point and MS 365 Applications
  • Demonstrated experience supporting leaders and/or operations.
  • Willingness to learn new programs/databases/software/applications, etc.
  • Experience with data mining and data analysis
  • Experience with business intelligence software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior roles as a project coordinator or an executive assistant.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, or MS 365 Applications.
  • Demonstrated ability working in an ambiguous environment
  • Experience handling changing priorities and using good judgment when working in stressful situations
  • Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
  • Executive level written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
