Security USA, Inc, is a growing security company in the U.S. Our security personnel working days and nights in residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations, government agencies and upscale retail in NJ and NY. Security USA employs the best candidates in the field that make the difference for our clients.

We currently have immediate openings for high-end residential location in New York City.

The follwoing part-time shifts are available:

• Tuesday, Sat, Sun 3pm-11pm
• Friday & Saturday 11pm-7am
• Monday 7am-3pm

Shifts can be combined with other locations to create full-time positions. 

Responsibilities

As a leading security officer in a residential building, your role will be to ensure the safety and satisfaction of the community by performing a range of essential tasks.

These include but are not limited to :

• Warmly greeting both incoming and outgoing tenants,
• Diligently monitoring the building and its surroundings through CCTV
• Ensuring that all guests and vendors adhere to the proper access control guidelines.
• Your duties will also involve securing the premises and offering security assistance whenever required
• Additionally, you will be responsible for providing incident reports and other necessary documentation to both building management and Security USA. 

Qualifications

• To be considered for this position, the following will be required

  • Valid NY State Security Guard License
  • 2 years of experience
  • Be physically capable of climbing stairs and patrolling
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be Authorized to work in the US.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports effectively, are essential.
  • Must be clean shaven
  • Must have positive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Must be comfortable standing for long periods.
