Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, excellent conflict management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This role is vital in preventing loss, managing emergencies, and upholding safety protocols across our facility.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if certified.
Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance by staff and visitors.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
Assist with loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behaviors and intervening when necessary.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
Manage conflict situations professionally to de-escalate potential threats or disputes.

Qualifications

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or stressful situations.
