Job Description:

Responsibilities
The Manager, Video will work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to develop and execute and negotiate national media buys across multiple video channels (national linear, cable, and digital video, OTT etc.). The role will require knowledge of both linear television and digital video media. This is a collaborative, fast-paced team, dedicated to great client service and fostering an environment for professional growth and innovation. 
- Negotiate & Purchase National TV/Video that delivers upon strategic brand goals
- Maintain and steward buys throughout each brand campaign
- Stays on top of trends within the linear and digital video landscape
- Assist in development and activation of marketing and added value executions
- Assist in the development of buy recommendations and analysis
- Support development of strategic approach and experience design by delivering channel ideas and providing the link to reality of historical performance and in-market opportunities
- Acts as the channel expert for the team, having heavy communication with the marketplace and developing POV’s
- Knowledge of digital video trafficking process (experience working in Prisma)
- Train and mentor Negotiators and Assistants

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in media buying with at least two full years of experience executing and negotiating media buys across national tv/digital video
- The ideal candidate for this position is an agile, proactive, team player who is curious and open to the changing face of media buying through technological advancement
