HVAC Sales Specialist

• Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through both phone and in-person customer interactions
• Provide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing, product and service inquiries, warranty administration, and customer issue resolution
• Research market and competitive pricing data to ensure inventory is priced competitively while maintaining profitability
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Enhance customer policies and procedures by identifying needs and making appropriate exceptions when necessary
• Expand and grow the existing customer base through relationship building and new customer acquisition
• Identify and implement new sales strategies to increase overall office revenue from both existing and prospective customers
• Conduct regular sales calls and customer outreach to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4 to 6 years of HVAC and/or sales experience required
